Cathy Callahan, Business Banking Northeast Region Executive and Senior Vice President, is based in NJ and leads banking teams serving mid-sized privately held companies in all sectors from Maine to Delaware. She and her team provide a client experience that is local, digital and advisory in 15 markets and 9 states throughout the Northeast. They deliver a variety of integrated financial solutions, including treasury, credit, risk management, and wealth management, to help companies grow, prosper and invest for the future.
Cathy joined predecessor bank, FleetBank, in 2003 and has served in a variety of leadership roles. Most recently, she was New Jersey market executive for Global Commercial Banking. Previously, she has served as senior relationship manager, sales performance manager and risk partner in Global Commercial Banking, with coverage in the New York Metro, New Jersey and Pennsylvania markets. Prior to joining the bank, she held roles at Chase Manhattan Bank, UBS, SwissBank Corp and First Minneapolis. In addition, Cathy has had several entrepreneurial ventures.
Cathy holds a BSFS from Georgetown University and an International Business Degree from Stichting Nijenrode, The Netherlands School of Business. Actively involved in her community, Cathy is chair of the Board of Trustees of her alma mater, St. Dominic Academy in Jersey City; a trustee of TriCounty Scholarship Fund; a member of the NJ Economic Recovery Advisory Board and Choose NJ; a member of the Harding Historical Society; and a friend of Harding Land Trust. Previously, she was actively involved as a volunteer with PDA Soccer club; Kent Place School in Summit, NJ; served as president of the Executive Board of St. Peter’s Prep Parent’s Association in Jersey City, NJ; as a Finance Committee member of her church; and as a member of the Maplewood, NJ Planning Board and Zoning Board of Adjustment.

Senior Vice President, Nationwide Financial Strategic Customer Solutions
Tina Ambrozy is Senior Vice President of Nationwide Financial Strategic Customer Solutions. In this role, she has responsibility for the teams that enable and accelerate results for internal and/or external partners across the portfolio of NF businesses. As a center of excellence, the organization supports Nationwide Financial’s efforts to drive growth, retention, efficiency and the customer experience.
Prior to her current role, Tina served as President of Nationwide Financial Distributors, Inc. She was responsible for Nationwide Financial’s distribution and servicing strategy for life insurance, annuities, mutual funds and emerging distribution channels through intermediaries. Tina previously served as Vice President of National Accounts, responsible for establishing and growing Nationwide Financial’s important distribution partner relationships.
Joining the company in 1996, Tina’s 20-plus year career at Nationwide includes executive leadership roles in business development, distribution strategy, sales and national account management.
Tina is a graduate of The Ohio State University, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree. She also earned a Masters of Science in Management from the American College. In addition, Tina holds the FINRA Series 6 and 26 licenses and is a Certified Business Coach through the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches.
In 2021, Tina became the executive sponsor for Nationwide’s All Women Associate Resource Group. She currently serves on The American College’s Women’s Center Advisory Board. Previously, Tina served on the Maryhaven Board of Directors – a non-profit addressing addiction and mental health issues through education, treatment and support – for 3 years. She also served on the Board of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Ohio for 10 years and is a Past Chair of the Board of Directors. In addition, Tina served on Insured Retirement Institute’s Board of Directors. She was Nationwide’s 2018 Executive Sponsor of national associate blood donations and is currently serving as the executive sponsor of Nationwide Financial’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and Future of Work efforts. Tina co-led Nationwide Financial’s United Way campaign in 2013 and 2014.
