Bertha Munoz, CFP® ChFC®

Volunteer’s Bio

Bertha Munoz is a Director of Business Strategy for
Morgan Stanley in Beverly Hills, CA. She works with a
team of seasoned Financial Advisors whose expertise
include Investments, Retirement Planning, Estate
Planning, Budgeting and Small Business Planning.
Bertha’s primary role in the team includes Business
Strategy opportunities to help clients achieve financial
freedom while being served with exceptional client
services. Bertha is another point person of contact in
maintaining and enhancing the client relationship for the
team. Bertha’s area of expertise includes debt
management, budgeting, income tax planning solutions,
lending, college planning, estate planning and financial
planning.
Bertha is a native of Southern California raised by a single
mother. Life experiences have taught her the importance
of women being financially independent. Bertha has two
teen daughters whom she tries to instill the value of
education, accountability and being a self-starter.
Championing women and being part of a community are
one of Bertha’s many passions.
Bertha graduated from Cal State Northridge with two
bachelor degrees in Finance and Real Estate with a minor
in Economics. In 2019 she decided to go back to school
and enrolled at UCLA Extension and completed the
Personal Financial Planning Program to pursue the
Certified Financial Planner professional designation. She
successfully passed and became a CFP professional in
2022. She also enrolled in the American College and
obtained her Chartered Financial Consultant designation
in 2023.
