In 2014, Peter joined New York Life Insurance Company as Partner with their Westchester General Office. As Partner, Peter focuses on recruiting, training, and developing new financial representatives. He is experienced and current in many aspects of financial planning and personal financial strategies. He brings his experience, knowledge, and resources to work on a broad range of financial issues, including: life and disability insurance, retirement funding strategies, investments, wealth management, estate planning, annuities, employee whole life, and long-term care solutions.
Prior to joining New York Life, Peter enjoyed a distinguished career with New England Financial as a District Manager of the Tarrytown, NY and Westport, CT offices. While at New England Financial, he was recognized as a Leaders Conference Manager, as well as Manager of the Year with his Agency, several times. Peter’s career also includes 14 years with The Bank of New York and Citigroup Global Markets. Starting his career with The Bank of New York as an internal auditor for investments, finance, and trust division, he spent his last eight years at The Bank as an Institutional Securities Lending Trader.
Peter Ramundo, Jr., a graduate of The George Washington University in Washington, D.C., lives in Nyack, NY with his wife, Amy, and their children Gabriel, Peter, Michael, and Hannah. He enjoys golf, Yankee baseball, and Giants football.
